General conditions and internal regulations
By making a reservation, each customer acknowledges having read the general conditions and internal regulations in force and that these rules and conditions apply to himself and to each participant in his stay at Park7.
A. Cancellation Policy
For the booking of 1 room: “48 hours – first night due”: In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before date of check in: the price of the 1st night will be charged with the credit card mentioned in the reservation.
For the booking of 2 rooms or more: “8 weeks – total amount due”: In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before date of check in: the total amount will be charged with the credit card mentioned in the reservation.
When ordering a meal: “10 days – total amount due”: In the event of cancellation of the order / reservation of a meal with one of our caterers less than 10 days in advance, the total amount 0is due.
B. Payment
On site we only accept cash, Visa , Mastercard and Bancontact,
We reserve the right to request payment in advance by bank transfer. In this case the reservation is only valid when and if the transfer has taken place within the requested time.

C. Pets
Pets are not/never allowed in the B&B.
D. Guarantee
Park7 receives the client’s credit card details to guarantee the payment of:
a) The reservation of the room: in case of no-show or late cancellation (cfr our cancellation policy A.)
b) Damage to the room, furniture or other parts of the accommodation caused by the client: the total amount of the damage will be charged if the guest does not pay during check out.
c) Bill of the night(s), other costs (minibar, bar, telephone, etc), and items bought by the client: the total amount of the bill will be charged if the guest does not pays during check out..
By booking, the client authorizes Park 7 to use his credit card details for the payment of the said amounts in case of no payment on site.
E. Check-in and check-out
Check in after 03.30 pm and check out before 11.00 am.

F. Non-smoking B&B
Park 7 is a non-smoking B&B. A significant room recovery fee (at least 500 €) will be charged to guests who do not comply, in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guest room and others parts of the B&B to a smoke-free condition (no odours, burnings, smoke stains etc). Smoking is allowed outside of course.
G. Kitchen and Picknick
The kitchen cannot be used by our guests. Picknick @Park7 is forbidden.
H. Rates
All rates include VAT, services and local taxes. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
I. Garden
Our property stops at the river. It is forbidden to walk around the lake as it does not belong to us. It also stop at the hedge between our private house (Park 4) and the bridge on the river. Don’ t go direction the castle.
J. Extra bed
• Baby bed with price supplement: we have ONE baby bed at disposal. Please do ask by e mail if he still is at disposal. In our standard/economy room (room 3): no space to add this baby bed.
• Extra bed with price supplement : we do have ONE extra bed only available for kids under 13 years old at disposal:. Please do ask by e mail if he fits in the room you booked. It is not possible to add the extra bed in every room.
K. Liability
The operator of Park7, the ATELIS bv (having its registered office at Kasteelpark 4, 3040 Huldenberg, VAT BE0467 807838) is not liable for any damage (material or physical) that the customer (or his guests) would have suffered if this damage was due to the client (or his guests).
Guests of Park 7 must behave with due diligence and are responsible for any damage they may cause to Park 7 and the garden or to other guests.
L – Legislation and courts
Only Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Leuven are competent.
